The Chollos del Deporte In-House League project is designed to encourage active participation by members of the "Chollos del Deporte" Strava club in physical activities such as running, cycling, and swimming. This initiative aims to promote a healthy lifestyle and camaraderie among participants through friendly competition.

The main goal of the Internal League is to encourage club members to stay active by rewarding their consistency and effort through a points system based on the distance covered during their activities. Every time a member uploads an activity to Strava, it will automatically be updated in the league system, earning points based on the distance covered.

Joining the club is completely free; there is no cost to members.

Those interested should join the "Chollos del Deporte" club on Strava.

This will allow you to participate in the Internal League and track your progress compared to other members.

1. Create a Strava Account: If you don't have a Strava account yet, sign up for free at www.strava.com.
2. Join the Chollos del Deporte Club: Search for “Chollos del Deporte” in the Clubs section on Strava and join the group.
3. Upload Activities: Start tracking your running, cycling, and swimming activities and upload them to Strava so they count toward the league standings.

• Running: Kilometers run.
• Cycling: Kilometers cycled.
• Swimming: Kilometers swum.

The league will feature a real-time leaderboard that will be updated with every new activity logged on Strava.

Members will be able to see their position in the league and compare it with that of other participants.

The results will be available on a dedicated platform or via the club's page on Strava.

Prizes and awards will be given to the most active participants and those with the best results at the end of each competition period (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Prizes may include everything from medals and trophies to sports-related merchandise provided by sponsors, gift certificates, and any other items donated by partners and sponsors for this purpose.
